ADR path (#264)
A policy weaken, new layer, or new allow edge must name a
short note under docs/adr/ or
docs/decisions/ as adrPath on the
same --policy-ack JSON. Fail-closed on the
existing policy-ack / --strict-merge plane.
No requireAdr flag. No new skill.
Confidence island retarget (#265)
After #264, the policy-delta-ack-match
confidence island had drifted onto the wrong lines. 4.8.17
retargets it onto the current
policyDeltaAcknowledgementMatches body so the
release train can ship.
Honesty
What stayed the same.
Import rules still hold at write and at merge. Required CI is still the hard line. Cursor, Grok, and Claude can block listed writes when hooks are trusted.
