IT01 tests path
Adopted trees with catalogued domain invariants must name a real tests path. Missing or empty fails closed. Silent when you are not adopted, the catalog is empty, or every invariant opts out of coverage.
Doctor greens cite
A healthy line names a file, config key, or test. Uncited greens are demoted so they cannot look healthy. The happy path stays a short cited line.
coverageRoots when enforced
When any catalogued domain invariant is enforced,
coverage.coverageRoots is required.
coverage.testGlobs alone is not enough.
start --apply install honesty
If the post-apply package install exits non-zero, the command
fails closed and prints the exact install plus a recoverable
doctor command. No phantom arkgate-check.
Prototype-shortcut residuals
Doctor names a soft residual when a prototype shortcut is standing in for a declared Persistence or Domain house. Friendly next step. Not a fail.
Honesty
What stayed the same.
Import rules still hold at write and at merge. Required CI is still the hard line. Cursor, Grok, and Claude can block listed writes when hooks are trusted.
